Naturally Grown

We grow our tea without pesticides or fertilizers, working with the natural cycles of the land rather than trying to control them. By allowing the tea plants to grow at their own pace, we aim to create tea that reflects the environment in which it was grown.

Rooted in Nara

Our tea fields are located across the Yamato Plateau in Nara, surrounded by mountains and rich natural landscapes. Today, we care for around 30 tea fields covering approximately 11 hectares, each one forming part of our life and work here in Nara.

From Field to Cup

Our work begins in the tea fields and continues through harvest, tea making, and the final cup. By staying closely involved throughout the process, we aim to preserve the character of the leaves and share Japanese tea in a way that feels true to how it was grown.
