Payment Deadline

  • Credit Card / PayPal: Payment is processed immediately at the time of order.

  • Bank Transfer: Payment must be made within 7 days after placing the order.
    If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.


Delivery

  • Products are shipped within 5 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • For bank transfer payments, shipping will be arranged after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that during busy periods or due to high order volumes, processing may take longer than usual.

  • Business operations are conducted Monday through Friday only (excluding national holidays).

Returns & Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Products
    If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
    We will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
    If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a refund will be issued.
    Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items
    If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
    We will promptly arrange shipment of the correct item.

  • Customer Convenience Returns
    We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect shipments. Please confirm before placing your order.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received.

  • Bank Transfer: The refund amount will be the product price minus bank transfer fees, deposited into the customer’s designated account.

  • Credit Card: Once the returned item is received, we will process a cancellation of the relevant charge.
    Depending on your card company’s billing cycle, you may first see the full amount charged and then refunded in your next billing statement.
