Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

• All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post.

• EMS offers reliable, trackable delivery to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are shipped twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.

• For bank transfer payments, shipping will be arranged after payment confirmation.

• During busy periods or peak seasons, processing may take longer than usual.

• Shipping operations are conducted Monday through Friday only (excluding national holidays).

Shipping Area

We currently ship to most countries that are eligible for EMS delivery.
If your country is not covered by EMS, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.

• Please note that delivery may take longer due to customs inspections, local postal conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

• Customers can track their shipment on the Japan Post EMS website or through the local postal service.

Order Limit

• For each order, the maximum total weight that can be automatically processed is 7kg.
  If your order exceeds 7kg, it may require multiple packages due to EMS size limitations, which can significantly increase shipping costs.
  Orders over 5kg cannot be automatically processed.

• Minimum order amount is 5,000 yen.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

• In cases where the shipping address is incomplete or requires urgent clarification, we may contact you directly.
