Orders
Orders are accepted through the online shopping cart system.

Credit Card / PayPal: Payment is processed immediately at the time of order.

Bank Transfer: Payment must be made within 7 days after placing the order.
If payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery

Products are shipped within 5 business days after the order is confirmed.
For bank transfers, shipping will be arranged after payment confirmation. -
Please note that during busy periods or high order volumes, shipping may take longer than usual.

Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
If the product is out of stock or discontinued, a refund will be issued.

Returns Due to Customer Convenience

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.

For bank transfers, the refund amount will be the product price minus bank transfer fees, deposited into the customer’s designated account.

For credit card payments, once the returned item is received, we will process the cancellation of the relevant charge.
Depending on your card company’s billing cycle, you may first see the full amount charged and then refunded in your next billing statement.
