Back to the Roots: Sencha
Return to the essence of green tea with our Sencha, crafted from tea leaves grown without pesticides or fertilizers.
As the mountains bloom with the passing seasons, passing the baton from one flowering tree to the next, we carefully harvest the sparkling new shoots gathered across the tea fields. These are gently rolled using the traditional Yamato Plateau steamed green tea method, passed down through generations.
Unlike post-war green teas that emphasized umami, this Sencha delights with a harmonious blend of refreshing aroma, gentle sweetness, pleasant astringency, and a lingering depth felt in the throat—an everyday tea to enrich your daily life.

Brewing Suggestion
● Tea Pot
Place 2g of tea leaves in a teapot and pour 150ml of hot water. Steep for 30 seconds, then pour into your cup. For a second infusion, steep about 90 seconds.
● Small Teapot
Place 3g of tea leaves in a small teapot and pour 100ml of water cooled to 70°C. Steep for 2 minutes, then pour into your cup to enjoy a soft, delicate flavor. For subsequent infusions, use hot water for 2–3 more steeps.
● Cold Brew / Insulated Bottle
Add 2g of tea leaves, ice, and water to a 300ml insulated bottle. After 1 hour, enjoy the gradually evolving taste of this refreshing brew.
