A Beloved Everyday Brew: Classic Hojicha
Savor the comforting depth of everyday life with our Classic Hojicha, crafted from tea leaves grown without pesticides or fertilizers.
During the season when hydrangeas flourish and the earth is at its most vibrant, even the frogs leap with joy. The beautifully large leaves are roasted over wood fire gathered from the Satoyama countryside, creating a mellow, lingering sweetness that fills the mouth with depth and warmth.
Perfect for a relaxing moment after a meal, or paired with traditional Japanese sweets for an indulgent treat.

Brewing Suggestion
● Tea Pot
Place 2g of tea leaves in a teapot and pour 250ml of hot water. Steep for 90 seconds, then pour into your cup. For a second infusion, use hot water and steep for about 3 minutes.
● Cold Brew
Place 8g of tea leaves in 1L of water in a bottle and refrigerate. After 1 hour, enjoy a naturally sweet, refreshing cold-brewed hojicha.
