First Flush Oolong
Savor the delicate beauty of our First Flush Oolong, crafted from tea leaves grown without pesticides or fertilizers.
As the air warms in the Satoyama countryside, even the wild hares begin their gentle morning strolls. From these biodiverse natural tea gardens, we carefully handpick only the finest First Flush shoots, engaging with each leaf throughout the crafting process.
This oolong captures a refined, subtle elegance in every sip. Its gentle, floral notes—reminiscent of Yamato Nadeshiko—make it a perfect companion even to rich or oily dishes.

Brewing Suggestion
● Tea Pot (Kyusu / Gaiwan)
Place 2g of tea leaves in a teapot or gaiwan and pour 150ml of hot water. Steep for 30 seconds, then pour into your cup. For the second infusion, steep 30 seconds; for the third infusion, about 2 minutes.
● Cold Brew
Add 2g of tea leaves, ice, and water to a 300ml insulated bottle. After 1 hour, enjoy the evolving flavors of this refreshing cold brew.
