STORY & PROFILE
A Timeless Standard: Pan-Fired Green Tea (Kamairicha)
Experience the harmony of tradition and nature with our Kamairicha, grown entirely without pesticides or fertilizers.
In the peak of early summer, our tea garden becomes a vibrant sanctuary where flowers bloom and butterflies dance among the mountains. We gently harvest these sun-kissed young buds and carefully roast them using only local firewood.
While Kamairicha is a rare find in modern Japan, it remains a world-standard green tea rooted in daily life. Its mellow texture and toasty, refreshing aroma pair beautifully with rice-based dishes and diverse cuisines, bringing a touch of nature’s richness to your table.
