STORY & PROFILE
Shindo-Fuji: First flush Wakocha
Experience the essence of “Shindo-Fuji,” the Japanese philosophy that mind, body, and soil are one, with our Japanese Black Tea crafted from tea leaves grown without pesticides or fertilizers.
As dandelions begin to form their delicate seeds along nostalgic country paths, we carefully harvest the tender new shoots and craft them using the Kenichi Shizen Nouen’s traditional, orthodox method.
This tea combines strength and subtlety in its flavor, creating a sensory-rich afternoon tea experience that awakens the senses.
