Enjoy the comforting aroma of our Genmaicha, crafted from first-flush sencha leaves grown without pesticides or fertilizers, blended luxuriously with select roasted brown rice.
Legend has it that this tea originated as a way to reuse leftover mochi, and it pairs perfectly with rice-based meals. Sipping a hot cup of Genmaicha, brewed in a generous pour, brings a gentle, heartwarming sense of happiness born from the fertile lands of Japan.

Brewing Suggestion
● Tea Pot
Place 3g of tea leaves in a teapot and pour 300ml of hot water over them. Steep for 90 seconds, then pour into your cup. For the second infusion, steep about 3 minutes with hot water. Adjust the strength to match your meal: lighter for delicate dishes, richer for heartier flavors.
● Ochazuke (Tea over Rice)
Place 3g of tea leaves in a teapot, pour 150ml of hot water, and steep for 3 minutes. Pour over a bowl of rice and enjoy. Enhance with a pinch of natural salt or shredded nori for a rich, satisfying ochazuke experience.
